Savaş helps organizations, teams, and people develop innovative products & services and build an innovative environment taking people into account as well as Technology / Governance / Processes. He has a BSc in Industrial Eng. at Istanbul Technical University (ITU), where he also received a master’s degree in Sound Eng. & Music Management and a PhD in Management Eng., specializing in marketing. He is an academician at Istinye University, in Industrial and Systems Eng. Department. In the last decade of his 20-year work experience, he worked in managerial positions in global digital advisory teams of Big 4 consultancy companies such as EY and Deloitte. He established 2 successful digital ventures in EY that resulted in market leadership by far. He spent his last two years in corporations as a partner in KocDigital: the IoT-Data Science company of Koc Holding. He focused on building new business ideas using artificial intelligence and established smart city sector offerings as a new venture. Having completed Gestalt Coaching certification program, he also included human aspect in his works on top of technical approaches to innovation & digitalization. He especially studied and practiced on emotional barriers to innovation / creativity / entrepreneurship. He has started taking the emotional dimension into account in product development processes. He is also a musician / producer who has published more than 100 musical pieces. He is currently working on applying Gestalt philosophy to music. Workouts, mindfulness practices and psychology studies take an important place in his life.
