What is the Southeast Asia - Europe Joint Funding Scheme for Research and Innovation, SEA-EU JFS?

The Southeast Asia and Europe Co-Funding Programme is a platform that brings together researchers and innovators from Europe and Southeast Asia to encourage collaboration between the two regions. The programme supports projects focused on scientific excellence and innovation while aiming to find solutions to global challenges. Innovative projects are aimed to contribute to sustainable development both locally and internationally.

The programme has been running since 2017 and funds high quality projects from among the applications. Priority is given to projects that aim to create long-term partnerships and provide solutions to global challenges.
